概要
RIE-400iPB是一款电感耦合等离子体放电设备，用于博世MEMS和电子元件工艺中的高速硅深孔加工。RIE-800iPB是为研究和开发目的而改装的。该系统由Robert Bosch GmbH（德国）授权，能够对MEMS和TSV所需的硅进行高速和高各向异性蚀刻。

通过高速切换气体，可以在保持蚀刻速度的同时减少扇形。
